Most people out here have not heard of St. Nick's Day. Growing up in Wisconsin we celebrated St. Nick's Day every year on December 5th. It's the night that "St. Nick" comes and fills your stockings while you're sleeping. It was a HUGE tradition in our family that I want to continue with my husband and girls...even though Nate laughs at me :)
