Tammy and I went to a Padres' game last night. It was Tammy's first time in Petco Park. It was quite fun, even though the Padres lost and we took a 1 hour trolley detour (namely, we got on the wrong one).

The girls were watched by Grandpa and Ai. Everything went fine, but Capri has developed a mild case of croup. It's a side effect of a cold where her coughs can sound like a seal and her breathing can get wheezy. She had a rough spot last night but seems a bit better today.

Today the Packers play the Chargers. Grandpa John was already trash talking earlier in the week. "Too bad the Chargers will be 0-3 after this weekend." This is funny for two reasons. One, the Chargers are going to march all over the frozen tundra and bring home a victory. And two, even if they did lose, they would be 1-2, not 0-3. But I appreciate the talk, nonetheless.

A few notes: Chloe is walking, my car is broken down, our business is finally opening for sales (partypress.net), work is going well...Things are busy but God is good. Hopefully we'll keep this site a bit more up to date in the coming weeks.
