Just in time for my summer vacation...a new website design!

I was more than tired of our previous design so I spent some time working on something new. I really like this new one a lot, although I'm sure it has some minor tweaks that will still need to be made. All the graphics work was done in Inkscape. Let me know what you think and if there's anything funky that is showing up on your screen.
