We have had a great time the past several weeks and not much time or motivation to write about it here.

In early June the three of us took a trip up to the Seattle area for my cousin Ted's wedding. We were able to see my whole mom's side of the family. It was a super trip and we have some pictures that narrate some of our adventures. As always, they tend to focus on Capri more than anything else.

Later in June my dad got married (see below). We just put up a few paltry pictures, mostly of Capri. Our camera batteries died early in the ceremony and we didn't do anything about it for the rest of the weekend. The time with friends and family was terrific, though.

Two days after the wedding I went with Capri to the San Diego Zoo with my best friend Jon's family. We were celebrating his son Xander's 1st birthday. What a great way to spend a day and to catch up on old times. We were also invited to Puerto Vallarta sometime in the future...which we'll do all we can to accept someday!

Tammy's dad came into town June 26th and stayed with us until today (July 5th). Capri bonded with him very well and we had a great time touring around San Diego. We went to the San Diego Fair, the beach, Balboa Park, dinner downtown, Coronado, Birch Aquarium, and more. We'll be seeing him again later in the year when the baby is born. Here are some pictures.

So now we're on the other end of all this activity, looking ahead to my vacation at the end of July and a relaxing summer at home. Maybe we'll even update our weblog more often!
