It's official...I am now 30 years old. At my women's Bible study yesterday morning we began the book of Esther and the theme verse for the book is as follows:

Est 4:14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?"

We began to talk about "for such a time as this" which is where God has us in life today. So as I turned 30 I was able to look at my life currently and realize that I am soooo incredibly blessed. I really couldn't ask for anything more! For such a time as this I have the most wonderful and amazing husband. I have a beautiful, adorable, sweet daughter. For such a time as this I am a stay-at-home Mom and Wife, which has always been my dream! I own a home with my husband in beautiful San Diego. I have a wonderful family which includes amazing in-laws and a precious group of friends. And for such a time as this I am thankful that I know the Lord and He is my strength!

Being discontent in life comes from dwelling on the past or future..."what could have been" or "where I want to be". If we live in the now or in the moment than we can be content.

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
