Thanks to my new position next year I've begun to follow the Ed-Tech Insider where I saw this cool collection of Google Map hacks. One I particularly enjoyed was the mapping of recent earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 or higher. It's not something I would fixate on but it is interesting to see where the seismic activity is taking place.
