Play Time
Capri continues to learn new things each day. Currently she's crawling at warp speed, especially if she's trying to avoid being grabbed by Mommy or Daddy. She's preparing herself to walk by pulling herself up to a standing position on anything and everything. She's also experimenting with sounds and words.
We've found a fun game for the whole family. Tammy and I lay on our bed with Capri between us. I slowly creep towards Capri, making a noise and showing her that I'm going to tickle her. Capri usually starts cracking up and tries climbing over Mommy. Many times, though, she'll stop, roll her eyes up, arch her back and fall backwards onto the bed. Then I tickle her. She may do this 10 or 15 times in a row. She thinks it's so funny.
She's done the "tickle flop" on the floor once and whacked her head (lightly), but it looks like she's learned her lesson.
