Today was a very nice day. We started the day by having the tree guys come and finish up our pine tree and palm tree removal. Nate has a throat infection and cannot talk so Capri and I had the pleasure of his company on Valentine's Day :) We were happy to have him home, of course.

About mid-morning Nate ran some errands and came back with 2 dozen beautiful red roses, an amazing card that made me cry and a DVD of a love story movie "Notebook". He is such a sweetie! Then to top it off, he took Capri and I out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants...Claim Jumper. We had a very nice dinner together.

On a sadder note, my grandpa went into the hospital today with the flu. We are praying for his quick recovery. I love my grandpa very much and hope he will be with us a lot longer!
