What Makes Her Laugh
I tend to think of myself as a fairly humurous person...but Capri doesn't seem to think so. Despite our best efforts, Tammy and I have a tough time getting our cute, smiley baby to giggle, laugh or squeal.
There are some things that work pretty well, though. I discovered one day, when I threw my sock at Capri, that she thinks it's quite funny to be pelted (softly) with laundry. You can hit her with socks, shirts, pants, towels, just about anything, and she'll let out a little "Huh, huh, huh."
Yesterday, Capri was in her swing as I sat next to her in the kitchen. I was going through some mail when out of nowhere Capri started cracking up. It ends up she thinks opening an envelope is hilarious. Tearing paper doesn't quite hit the spot, but sticking your finger in an envelope and sliding it open makes her guffaw. Maybe I'll actually start opening some of those credit card offers from now on.
