It's been a hectic weekend. I laid out woodchips in the front yard on Friday. It really came together nicely. It looks much better than the spotty dirt that was there before. It's also cleaner and smells nice. I'll put up pictures sometime soon.


But in the afternoon on Friday Tammy was having some cramping and spotting, so we had to go the doctor to see if everything was okay. The doctor ran some tests and did an ultrasound. Her conclusion was that she didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but just to be safe, she put Tammy on bedrest for the weekend.


We sent out a prayer request to our church and then Tammy had to get off her feet. But it didn't take long before she was going crazy laying down...


On Saturday, I helped Carol D. move, and while I was gone Israel and Danica took Tammy to Lake Murray for their little son Micah's 1st brithday party. Tammy was so happy to be out of the house, and she was still able to just sit around.


On Sunday, Tammy and I went to church and Tammy was feeling strong so she stayed the whole time. And this morning (Monday) she's off and running to work.


So I'm left here to hold down the fort. I have about a million little odd jobs I plan to do today. So I better get to them. I just got finished writing our first mortgage check. Let the payments begin!
